We support shipping to more than 200 countries and regions around the world. However, in some areas (for example: small overseas islands) we cannot ship. If your address is not available for delivery, we will contact you.

Orders Handling Time
We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will usually be processed within 1-3 business days of ordering and shipped within one day of processing.

Delivery Time
We use international standard logistics or economic logistics to mail products to you. Standard logistics are expected to be within 15-30 Working days, and economic logistics are expected to be 28-45 Working days.

Except for US, ES, FR, UK, DE, IT, NL, PL, BE, RU, JP, SG, IL.Rest of world, Economic logistics shipping cost is US$6.99. Standard logistics shipping cost is US$9.99.

Weight over 3kg, Free shipping for all products to the following 4 countries:

United States, Russia, South Korea, Singapore.
The following 11 countries:
ES, FR, UK, DE, IT, NL, PL, BE, JP, IL, IS.
Standard logistics shipping cost is US$39.99.

Tracking Information
After we mail it for you, you will receive an email containing tracking information. If you do not receive the tracking information within 5 days after placing the order, please contact us. If your package logistics information has not been updated for a long time, please contact us. We will contact the logistics company to inquire about the location of the package. Please also wait patiently. It may be delayed due to COVID-19 or other reasons.

Return Policy

Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order at any time before we ship it for you. If we have already shipped the goods for you, you cannot cancel the order.

Time limit for accepting returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Applicable circumstances of returns and refunds
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@lyhoe.com. You can keep the original packaging and return to our warehouse. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refund Policy

How long will you receive the refund?
After the return is completed, you will receive a refund within 3 to 30 days.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
